How does EvolveX work?
The device uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to heat up the adipose tissue (fat cells) in the targeted area, causing them to shrink and ultimately be eliminated by the body's natural processes. The RF energy is delivered through a series of applicators that are customized to fit your specific body shape and size. RF waves are safe and gentle on your skin, and they work by tightening the underlying skin structure and boosting collagen and elastin production.
In addition to the RF energy, EvolveX also utilizes a vacuum and controlled pressure system to gently pull and stretch the skin in the targeted area. Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is a technique that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscles in the body. What does EvolveX feel like?
During an EvolveX appointment, you can expect a comfortable and non-invasive experience. No anesthesia is required. The treatment itself takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.
You may feel a warm sensation as the RF energy is delivered to the targeted area, but this should not be uncomfortable. The vacuum and controlled pressure system may also create a sensation of pulling or stretching, but this should not be painful. The applicators are adjusted to fit your body shape and size, and the intensity of the RF energy and vacuum pressure can be adjusted to optimize the treatment.
The sensation of EMS can vary depending on the individual and the specific parameters of the treatment. Some people describe the sensation as a tingling or buzzing feeling, while others may feel a more intense sensation that is similar to a muscle cramp. it is normal to feel some discomfort or muscle soreness after the treatment. This is because the muscles have been stimulated in a way that they may not be used to. When will I see results?
A minimum of six (6) treatments, one (1) week apart are required for results. We highly recommend focusing on one (1) treatment area at a time and have a minimum of six (6) treatments before you move on to another. As long as you exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet, fat cells will not return.
